Feature of the Month - Spicy Garlic

If you like things SPICY, you will love Spicy Garlic!

When made as a dip, it's a hit at parties!

Our most popular Spicy Garlic recipe though is our Spicy Garlic Pulled Pork. Wendy loves to make it and serve it with cheesy potatoes the first night, but she swears that she only makes it so she can use it in quesadillas the next day!

Put a pork roast in the crockpot.

Mix 1 cup of ketchup, 1/2 cup of white vinegar, 1/4 cup of brown sugar, and HALF a packet of Spicy Garlic (go to 1/3 a packet if you like it more mild)

Cook on low for 6 hours then shred and mix in all those yummy juices!

Another popular recipe with Spicy Garlic is our Spicy Garlic Mexican Street Corn Hot Dip!  Wendy took this to a church potluck once and had people begging for the recipe!

Another delicious way to use Spicy Garlic is with Bang Bang Chicken in the air fryer!

Toss 1 lb of chicken (I like using the tenders cut, they cook more evenly) with olive oil and then 1/4 pack of Spicy Garlic

Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees

Lay the chicken evenly and air fry for 5 minutes, turn them over and cook for another 3 minutes.

Sauce: mix 3/4 cup real mayo, the rest of the Spicy Garlic packet, and 1/4 cup of sweet chili sauce.

Pull the chicken and coat liberally with the sauce and cook for another 5-7 minutes

The mayo makes the chicken so moist and juicy!

Doxie Mixes fan, Brandy, is always sending us delicious recipes and would never have thought to use Spicy Garlic with fried chicken.  She writes this:

"I coated the chicken in half of a bag before I soaked in buttermilk. Added the other half bag to my flour.
Then used excess seasoned flour and drippings for a pan gravy.
