Easy Swedish Meatballs

Swedish meatballs are already a comfort food classic—but what if we told you that one simple addition could take them from “pretty good” to “can’t stop eating”? That’s exactly what happened when we added Doxie Mixes Onion Chive to the mix. After one bite, my husband said,
“This is the only way to make this from now on!” And honestly, he’s right.
Crockpot Favorite
This recipe is great with lots of different flavors like Garlic Bacon Ranch or Sweet Basil Parmesan, but my all time favorite mix to use is Onion Chive.
This reheats so well, I make a double batch and put it in single serving containers so the family can just grab one as they run out the door to work or where ever.

The Only Way I Make Meatloaf
Are you known for any recipe?
Even my Mom said that I made a better meatloaf than she did!
It's even better now that I use Onion Chive.
I use 2/3 of a can of tomato paste in the meatloaf with 1 egg, breadcrumbs, and a whole packet of Onion Chive.
I form it into a loaf shape and cook it on a raised grate so the bulk of the grease drains off. I add tomato sauce to the top about halfway through cooking it!
Foil Packet Potatoes
These Onion Chive foil packet potatoes got RAVE reviews from my hubby!
I cubed up a pound of new potatoes, but you can use any kind of potato you like.
I spread the foil across a cookie sheet and put the potatoes on top and s
prinkle
d an entire packet of Doxie Mixes Onion Chive in them and mixed them enough to get the seasoning on all the potatoes.
I used 4 tablespoons of real butter divided into then pats and spread them across the top of the potatoes and folded up the foil to make a sealed pouch.
Bake them in a preheated oven at 375 degrees for an hour. Do not flip the pouch and you'll get a crispy bottom and soft tender top that was delicious!
Tender & Delicious Pork Chops
One of my go-to recipes: pork chops in the crockpot!
I make it with Garlic Bacon Ranch, Sweet Basil Parmesan, but it's particularly good with Onion Chive!
Simply mix a can of cream of anything soup, a half cup of broth, and your favorite pack of Doxie Mixes. Put the pork chops in the crockpot and cover with the mixture and cook on low for 6 hours. I like to take the pork chops out and use corn starch to thicken up an amazing gravy!
These are so tender, they just fall apart on your fork!
